This Privacy Policy explains how No Life Tycoon handles information when you use the game.

No Life Tycoon does not require you to create an account and, in its current version, we do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information with our own servers.

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. This may include your in-game progress, unlocked content, virtual currencies, equipment, settings, and gameplay state.

2. Internet and Device Data

The current version of No Life Tycoon does not intentionally collect identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, messages, financial information, health information, or other personal information.

Basic technical information may still be processed by your device operating system, the Google Play Store, or other platform services outside our direct control. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Advertising and Analytics

The current version of No Life Tycoon does not use third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.

If advertising, analytics, crash reporting, cloud saves, accounts, online leaderboards, or other online services are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

4. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Currency

No Life Tycoon may contain fictional in-game currencies, shops, upgrades, or “pay-to-win” mechanics as part of its gameplay and humor. Unless explicitly identified as a real-money purchase through an official app-store payment flow, these systems use only fictional in-game currency and do not involve real financial transactions.

5. Children's Privacy

No Life Tycoon is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the current version does not collect personal information through our own servers, we do not knowingly maintain personal profiles of children.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because game progress is stored locally on your device, you can generally remove locally stored game data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game, subject to your Android device and any platform backup features you have enabled.

7. Data Security

We aim to minimize privacy risks by keeping the current version of the game's progress data on-device and by not operating a user-account database for the game.

8. Third-Party Services

No Life Tycoon is distributed through Google Play. Google and Android may provide platform-level services related to app distribution, device security, updates, licensing, backups, or diagnostics. These services are governed by Google's own terms and privacy practices.
